Kaballistic Meditation Amulet
This unique Amulet is an authentic, original rendition of the gold medallion worn by Rabbi Gelberman of New York City in his Kabbalah Workshops and Seminars. Rendered in a beautifully finished medallion of heavy, solid brass, the Amulet's intricate design incorporates Kabbalistic symbols and elements in eye-catching, deep relief.
Aside from its value as a lovely piece of jewelry and spiritual art, the Meditation Amulet serves as a useful aid to solitary meditation. At the center of the medallion is the Hebrew word Chai -- Life -- from which eminate 72 rays representing the syllables in the Name of the Lord lost in the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem. Surrounding the center is the Hebrew letter Shin, for Shekinah -- the indwelling aspect of God. Along the rim are seven points, each representing a different concept of Kaballah. Considering each of these concepts in turn in moments of quiet reflection provides a useful solitary meditation that helps one to regain one's balance in life.
The accompanying booklet describes further the meaning of each symbol on the Amulet. The Kabbalistic Meditation Amulet measures 1-1/2 inches across, and weighs just over two ounces. |
